World Championship poker goes All In
Today Crave Entertainment announced that World Championship Poker:
Featuring Howard Lederer "All In", the third installment
in the franchise, has shipped to retailers nationwide. The game is
currently available for the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable.
World Championship Poker: Featuring Howard Lederer "All In"
continues the tradition of its predecessors with the inclusion of
a career mode which now features series tournaments, mixed games,
and reoccurring home games. This year's edition also stars a number
of the most successful poker players in the world including Howard
Lederer, Marcel Luske, Thomas Bihl, Erin Ness, and Robert Williamson
III. The game features 19 different types of poker including the ever
popular Texas Hold 'Em as well as perennial favorites Five Card Draw,
Seven Card Stud, and Omaha. World Championship Poker: Featuring Howard
Lederer "All In" will offer players an online mode where
they can square off against each other in multi-table online tournaments.
Additionally, players who are not too ashamed of their slovenly physical
appearance can use the EyeToy USB Camera for the PS2 to see their
opponents. The game also features a scenario mode which allows players
to hone skills through a series of poker-related puzzle challenges.
Players itching for their poker fix but unable to find a pack of
cards can satiate their desires by picking up World Championship Poker:
Featuring Howard Lederer "All In" this week. The game will
also be available on the Xbox 360 in October.
